Services:

1. Booking Policy: Bookings can be made online, via phone, or at the clinic. We require 70% deposit on booking, the remaining to be paid at the time of the appointment. Voucher holders must call or email to book, as vouchers cannot be redeemed online.
2. Cancellation and Rescheduling: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. If you cancel outside this period, your deposit will be refunded. Anything with less than 24 hours’ notice results in the forfeiting of this 70% deposit. In case of unexpected circumstances, you may send someone else in your place.

Gift Vouchers:

1. Validity: Gift vouchers are valid for 36 months from the date of purchase. Expired vouchers cannot be extended.
2. Refunds: Refunds for unused gift vouchers are available within 7 days of purchase. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
3. Non-Transferable: Vouchers are not transferable and must be used by the individual who purchased them or the designated recipient at the time of purchase.

Products:

1. Damaged or Faulty Products: If you receive a product that is damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days for a replacement or refund.
2. Change of Mind: If you change your mind about a product, returns are accepted within 7 days, provided the product is unopened and in its original condition.
3. Price Increases:
   For treatment gift vouchers that are not used within 12 months, if there has been a price increase, the recipient will be required to pay the difference at the time of service.
